"Juicy" is a single by American hip hop artist, The Notorious B.I.G., and his solo debut single from his 1994 debut album, Ready to Die. "Juicy" is a rags-to-riches chronicle, detailing The Notorious B.I.G.'s (also known as Biggie Smalls) early years in poverty, his dreams of becoming a rap artist, his time in drugs and crime, and his eventual success and current lavish lifestyle. The song brings up questions about poverty, dreams, goals and what success looks like, particularly for young black men.
