In April 2011, OneStar, a Texas Foundation seeking to achieve sustainable social impact, held a civic reflection training and came back with rave reviews. Their training introduced more than sixty attendees to the practice of civic reflection. For many participants, this was an opportunity to discover the new "Justice Talking" curriculum created by the Center on Civic Reflection. Facilitators embraced the use of new media in the curriculum, such as photographs, videos, and audio pieces, noting that they expanded possibilities for dialogue.Edit Back to News & Events
