If you're in the Chicago area on Wednesday, April 14, join us for a Critical Encounters book salon focusing on faith, service and difference. The discussion will take place from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Columbia College Chicago, 600 S. Michigan Ave., in the Faculty Center on the 8th floor. Adam Davis and other facilitators from a range of community organizations will lead the discussion, using selections from Hearing the Call across Traditions: Readings on Faith and Service. The program is co-sponsored by the Project on Civic Reflection, the Interfaith Youth Core, the Illinois Humanities Council, the Council for a Parliament of the World's Religions, and Critical Encounters: Fact & Faith.
