Facilitation Clinic: Civic Reflection Fellows Program

Summary

The Civic Reflection Fellows Program is a one-year certificate program designed to develop a cohort of thoughtful, collaborative student leaders who can engage diverse groups of students and community partners in dialogues about critical issues and themes in civic life. There are four schools represented in the Civic Reflection Fellows Program: University of Chicago, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Governors State University, and Truman College.

On January 26, the Center for Civic Reflection is hosting a one-day Facilitation Clinic for the 26 Fellows in the program and their faculty/staff advisors. The clinic will help the students refine their facilitation skills and gain hands-on experience leading discussions, as they prepare to engage students and community partners in dialogues on and off-campus from January-June.
